The fresco, dubbed "Baroque Venice," depicts the return of the Bucintoro, the Venetian ceremonial galley of the Doge, viewed from an imaginary balcony overlooking Piazza San Marco (and indeed, it shows the Doge's Palace, the Campanile and the Cathedral of San Marco).
The work consists of three panels (triptych), painted in the technique of fresco by Strappato and relief by Marmorini (a typical technique used in Venetian palaces).

I live in the area between San Martino di Castrozza and Treviso (Italy), where my laboratory is located, where I create panettoni. In the production of panettoni, I use only the highest quality products, no preservatives or chemical compounds.
Thanks to the panettoni cooking technique I have developed and especially the addition of natural yeast (Pasta Madre Viva), the taste and consistency of the dough becomes balanced and light.
